Good pay, good work-life balance.

Annual leave for a new joiner is 10days only (exec level)

relaxed working culture, easy to adapt, basic job scope

may encounter colleagues that are doing the same job position but keep giving instructions as if they are the manager. When the manager knows about this issue, he did not take any actions. I believe this is an unfair issue especially to the younger generations employee.
