Pros

You get to learn from bigger companies RTC is associated with. That's the only pro.

Cons

Too much politics and favoritism. Upper management is corrupt. There is no control or accountability. People in higher positions do what they feel like. Asia office is famous for bullying it's employees. They want slaves not intelligent employees to do their bidding. More people leave than those who join. It's a sinking ship. There is no yearly bonus and salary is average. It as if RTC headquarters in US has completely forgotten about Singapore RTC. The leadership is going to make sure that they run this company into ground in few years.

We’ve been investigating the allegations made in this review. Several individuals in our Corporate offices in the US have been highly engaged in the process, as well as senior members of the management team for RTC Asia. We feel confident that any issues are being addressed.

Pros

very nice people to work with. European management is nice at giving donuts to everyone every week.

Cons

It’s a drill sergeant nightmare in the department where there’s one person who literally dictates based on fear and threats. Wish they would have a heart.
