RTI Systems is great company to grow with if you are in IT or Electrical. They have entry level and professional positions. There is large amount of staff that have been with the company for 5 plus years that can help you on the way.

No remote work, but that also means more job security.

Easy job you can do right out of school. Pays well for what it is. You just watch cameras all day and press buttons when you see intruders.

there are some big issues with the facility itself that make the job very uncomfortable. You are crammed into a room with about 50 other people in tight quarters. There is 1 kitchen that everyone fights over so most people just eat junk food. There is only 1 bathroom for the entire facility. I have never worked at a place like this. you usually have to hold it until your lunch break and then try to find an open fast food place with a bathroom as the facility bathroom is always occupied. Combine this with a very strict break schedule where you cannot miss your 30 minute break. And days can be absolutely miserable. i hated coming in to work not because of the stress of the work, but the working conditions
