Pros

Not to be ungracious, but I can't really think of anything good to say. I worked in the Pasadena office in the early days and while the staff and management were generally pleasant to work with, ineffective people were promoted to key positions with disastrous results.

Cons

Many bad hiring decisions. Ineffective leadership. Serious organizational issues. Company culture was often adversarial, pitting one office against another, individual against individual. I called it a culture of blame and devoid of any personal responsibility. Threatening and hostile work environment. The co-CEO and later only CEO, Peter Stevenson, who was more an operations guy and sales guy, lacked the leadership skills to motivate and inspire people, instead he intimidated people with threats of termination. While a moderately gifted orator, he lacked the ability to engage with people on a one on one basis and strangely had a hard time looking you in the eye.

Pros

Even though it's a bit more corporate than it used to be they have maintained a great atmosphere. Company parties are really fun. Never a shortage of work to be done.

Cons

Somewhat political at times. Overwork a few employees throughout the year.

Pros

One of a kind software, fun people, great marketing team who threw incredible parties and events ever year, casual work environment (jeans, sweatshirts, flip-flops are all acceptable work attire), GM contract allowed for growth and a new office and bagels every Friday!

Cons

The new management who started in 2013 has destroyed this company, The former CEO stepped down in March of 2014 and his replacement is horrible. What use to be a fun work environment has quickly turned into a hostel work environment. People are put down daily, deadlines haven't been met & the upper management does nothing to help the staff. The negativity is toxic. I feel bad for those who are left. Many artist work 60+ hours a week at $40k salary, its sad!
