Pros
Big company, after the merger it's top 3 defense contractor. Rather stable, although it depends on contract/program you work. Generally benefits/compensations are on par with other competitors
Cons
Can easily get complacent, process heavy and the process is not necessarily efficient nor beneficial either. Typical defense contractor vibe - get things done when it gets done. Many young generation people do not adapt well to the laid back pace and leave within a year or two for better pay/work environment. I left because I couldn't deal with the non-sense anymore and for better pay.
