Pros
The company used to provide a lot of perks to employees and they also allow a lot of flexibility and independency. Good team players and people in general is very kind to each other
Cons
We need sales, that´s it, we need more sales. That should be priority number 1. We all understand the pandemics, recession and 20 other reasons have made it harder, but our competitors are facing the same challenges and they are hiring people not laying them off, so again, plain and simple, we need more sales.
