      What made the company had a lot of pros before is now non existent: The people

      Cons

      Balta doesn't know whatever he's doing. Everything he asks for gets pulled out magically out of nowhere, wants it executed, then when it fails, he's gonna blame everyone else. His partner, the "cute" girl handling CEO duties now, is just as clueless as he is. She takes on dumpster projects from companies, even if it pays low, then shortchange people and not pay them on time. You'd be lucky to get paid within 3 months. It's why their hiring posts now are looking for freelancers--they don't wanna be held liable for paying people on time.

      -You live the life of esports, but you also live the cost. - You work and meet AWESOME people, at least years back" - Projects are good for your portfolio.

      NOT RECOMMENDED AS FIRST JOB - Slow to no career growth. - You won't last on the job if they don't like you. - Job feels all experimental. - Poor Project Management and no respect for creativity, timeline, and budget. - Poor Management, higher-ups and half of the managers are doing everything in training due to being promoted without qualifications. - Graduate from YouTube University. Challenge is good, but your tasks will be beyond your job description, and you have to graduate from YouTube University. Don't go in if you are not stable. It doesn't promise stability. Financially and mentally.
