Pros
Honestly the pro here is that you don't get any substantial work. If you want to be lazy and earn peanuts, this is your dream job.
Cons
How do I even get started? 1) They cut salary for 10 months and then while you are resigning, will deduct the same from FnF after giving weird reasons. 2) You are a bonded labour who has to sign in before or at 8.30 am and cannot leave without signing out at 5 and complete 42.5 hours, else salary cut. 3) You get to sit on 100 year old chairs in areas where your neighbours are labourers. No cabins 4) Classes lack basic infra like internet, smart boards or speakers, be ready to be sweaty like hell after any class. 5) There is a strict dress code, yes, you cannot wear your choice clothes. 6) There is no HR, The person in HR office is there to drain you and not help you. They work for RV and not the Human Resources they have recruited. 7) Salaries are meagre, they pay you as if you live in Bihar where rents are 5k. They say they follow 6th pay but your in hand salary will be way less. 8) Deans/ heads will never speak for you, they are too scared to lose their own jobs.
