      Pros

      Management does a great job giving ownership and responsibilities to their employees. That empowering atmosphere has led to a ton of innovation and pride in the company's work. Very transparent culture that is remote friendly and genuinely cares about work life balance. Exciting growth opportunity with a proven business model.

      Cons

      All startups have their growing pains and experience the lack of resources and prioritization issues - however RVshare does a great job at mitigating those problems.

      - Fun people to work with! - Interesting problems to solve - Results driven work environment - Remote first - Great health insurance and additional benefits such as RV rental credit, education credit, fitness credit, home office credit, etc

      Cons

      No real cons. Still operating in startup mode so if you don't like fast paced and consistent change it may not be the right fit.
