      Pros

      Being able to work from home if needed. Having the autonomy to make decisions for the group that you manage. If you are lucky enough to have a good manager that you report to then you tent to feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Salary could be better. No real acknowledgment of when you do things best for not just the organization but the office as well.

      Health benefits and competitive pay

      Cons

      Poor management; Company preaches an “open-door policy” but they don’t actually follow it. Same with their “zero retaliation policy”… they’ll retaliate if you speak up and protect themselves at all costs and reprimand you instead of addressing the issue.
