      Pros

      My employees . Their hard work and dedication made it worth while

      Cons

      Micro management, poor leadership, favoritism, and they will find ways to get rid of you if they have a personal problem with you . You will be let go while on medical leave. They have all these values that they promote but no one follows through with them. You can go to HR about your issues either

      Pros

      Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

      Cons

      Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

      Pros

      Working at RXO is a fantastic experience. I find the leadership to be supportive and encouraging. The work is challenging and rewarding. Everyday I feel like I am a part of the solution to drive results for our customers. The company has the resources of a large company with the teamwork of a small one. We all depend on each other, and everyone works hard to generate those results. When I need support, it is there. The team that I am assigned is reliant on my contribution and grateful when I go above and beyond expectation. I have found this style of collective work ethic to be a rarity in corporate America, everyone here is proud of their piece of the puzzle and happy to play their part. It is the first time I can honestly say I am excited to come to work. It was recently recognized on the Where You Work Matters list and it is a fair assessment of the culture here at RXO
