Pros

Working remotely is available if needed or wanted.

Cons

I would strongly advise anyone looking for a job to avoid working at RZ Industries. A majority of the leadership team are habitual micromanagers. Priorities are consistently changed at the whim of the CEO, unfortunately, previous initiatives that were given priority are still expected to be completed within the same timeframe. There is little to no understanding or effort given to understanding the time needed for most of the tasks requested. As a result, most are rushed due to the constant on-again-off-again nature of the workflow and seemingly random change of direction. Favoritism and nepotism are on full display here as well, with little to no effort given to hide it. With regards to some of the "perks", they list for working there, I would advise to never take anything at face value. The year-end bonus that they tout is not a bonus, it's an unvested contribution deposited directly into your 401k. You must stay with the company for a minimum of four years to actually be eligible to take that money, aka., "bonus." The same goes for any other matching funds they may contribute on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, these are things that they fail to mention upfront. To be succinct, you can do better. A lot better.
