Very little transparency in how performance is evaluated or how decisions are made. I was let go via a phone call from the CFO just an hour after my shift ended — on only my fourth day. This was after a productive day where I even stayed late and got my managers assistance for submitting a future time-off request. No reason was provided for the termination, and there had been no prior feedback, warnings, or communication suggesting there were any issues.
