Pros
Some coworkers are nice as they can relate to being employed by a terrible company.
Cons
- Staff turnover is tragic as you don’t work with the same people for longer than a few months. Always short staffed.
- Management have no respect for employees, treat you horribly and always speak in a degrading and disrespectful tone. They only comment on your mistakes and never thank you for doing their management jobs as a minimum wage employee.
- Working illegal hours (working til 10pm then starting at 7am next morning very often)
- maximum 20 min (always interrupted) break even if you are working more than 9 hours.
- The company takes money out your wage for ‘discrepancies’ without question.
- Lack of proper training, managers then complain and shout at you if you make a mistake telling you that you should’ve known how to do something when you are not shown how. Most of the time you are being trained by someone who has only been there for a few months as management aren’t there to train new people.
