Pros

Good and understanding colleagues to work with.

Cons

Huge divide between management and regular employees. No relevant learning experience to acquire that could be stated in resume for future job hunting. Too much manual labor and minimal automation.

Pros

* If you want to learn how to be very “resourceful” and independent, this place confirm can. Nobody will really spoon-feed you, so you just figure things out along the way lah * You will level up your skill in handling many things at once. Sometimes even things not in your job scope also become your job scope. Quite good for character building honestly. * If you smoke, actually quite convenient. Some of the best “networking sessions” happen outside during smoke breaks. * You also get exposure to different personalities and communication styles. Very good preparation for real-world survival skills. * Training is more like “learn as you go”. Sink or swim type. You either become very strong or very confused. * Teamwork is interesting — everyone very “supportive”, sometimes so supportive until your issue become whole group discussion topic. * Work-life balance depends on your ability to tahan and adapt. Flexibility is not optional, it’s compulsory.

Cons

* Limited food choices around

Pros

Friendly staffs, and by staffs I mean the employee level only. Excellent place to learn, if you are aspiring to become a politician

Cons

Cannot comment on something that is non-existent like their SOP. Management keep saying there is one but all staff are clueless. Meetings are execution stand, not a time for discussions but to only point fingers. Toxic management through and through, no trust given to new recruits, and they keep wondering why nobody wants to join and high turnover rate.
