Pros

DOA - But I could mention that there were a handful of decent human beings that I knew during my time with this organization.

Cons

Broken Culture, toxic, hostile, and miserable working environment— all about senior management and especially the CEO. She has no concept of emotional intelligence, not to mention integrity, and does not allow for an environment were people feel SAFE to tell the truth. The result is an impossible, toxic groupthink condition. If you dare tell the truth, you’re history. She does solicit 5-star reviews for Glassdoor.com from current employees, I witnessed on several occasions, don’t be fooled by those. It’s a facade, obviously. The 100% turnover is not a mystery.

Pros

Excellent cloud management platform providing a suite of innovative solutions addressing the current and future needs of enterprise IT. Being developed and delivered by a group of very talented, knowledgeable, passionate engineers, thriving in a highly collaborative, agile, result-oriented and fast-paced environment, solving a multitude of difficult but gratifying problems in this space. Unlike many start-ups, RackWare has revenues bearing cutting-edge products in one of the most sought-after technologies with the rapidly growing customer base in many verticles, providing a tremendous learning opportunity and a great experience for the engineers about the diverse and complex environments. If you like to work in a start-up with a great learning and growing opportunity, to stretch beyond your comfort zone to achieve results in a slightly aggressive pace, RackWare a great place to be in. The CEO has a great insight of the industry in this space, is very passionate about the products and leading the team in delivering on the vision she has defined.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a mid-stage start-up, with growing customer base, a good set of problems to have.
