The seniors here are the best since they have complete knowledge of the product and the state of art tools used in the market, they usually come up with the most appropriate solutions and approaches to any problems. On the top of it, the company environment is very friendly, the India Office consisted of around 30 members during my time at RackWare, you just don't feel as if you're at work. The US office has some of the most intellectual people in this domain. The Managers have the best of attitudes, they put in all the effort to keep the schedules and customers on Track. You learn to work in the pressure environments, independently and in a team. Working on all the clouds is an asset and add-on to your resume. You can come with new ideas and work on features even in the nascent stages of your career. The negative reviews here are given usually people who prefer offices with less workloads and want to live a not-so-active work life. Hence, the domain, benefits, guidance, culture, people, everything deserves a 5-star rating here.
