* Company co-founded by a visionary Medical Doctor, Jeff Chang. He has a deep network in radiology having been the youngest radiologist to practice in the US * Great team of experienced professionals across the organization including the CEO, Machine Learning and Data Science Leader, Head of Sales among others. * Open and caring leadership that gives lots of support and runway to succeed or learn from mistakes * Flexible work given we're all remote post corona, but will likely be remote or hybrid based on preference * Team work is truly valued and the company does a valiant job at staying connected in the post corona world * Team is growing a lot - lot of hiring ahead it seems. * We're really catching on in the radiology world and seeing lots of interest in our product - tons more interest than the year prior which is a great sign. Product is doing things in radiology that has truly never been seen before. It's not an overstatement to say that we can help save lives and improve care and will only do a lot more in time. * Great overall place to work. People are supported, people given a long runway to do what they are best at, really smart and fun group of people

* Given its a pandemic environment, work from home became the standard very quickly which took some adjustment for the entire team * There were a very limited number of non-constructive voices in the room at the company earlier on in my tenure (but in time those few have departed) *If you're looking for a lot of advisement and hand holding in a role, this is probably not the right environment. We operate well as a team but work equally well independently
