Pros
Had lots of young people working there and the location was good (Santa Monica and right near the beach).
Cons
Seemed like management (especially the CEO) was all over the place. Felt like the company lacked vision and pivoted several times. Wish that they could better communicate their product to their employees and customers. Management needs to figure out how to communicate better across the board.
