Pros
• The company offered reasonable compensation. • Reasonable working hours with reasonable vacation time. • Before outsourcing it was a lively place to work with good social activities.
Cons
• Outsourcing reduced the office size making it a pretty quiet place to work and lowered morale. • A reduced work force size has reduced social activities. • The role of the local (Vancouver) team has shifted from primary development to much more of a design and support role.
