The Company Tacc that owns Radial is terrible at forecasting their staffing needs. We has people driving from Camden County Ga. and McIntosh County also Darrien Ga. These people instead of calling the employees saying due to call volume dropping we won't need you today would let these employees drive here let them clock in work 2 hrs or less then say go home. That is very inconsiderate. Also the first month on the floor you will never make it past 25 hours. It's OK if you're a kid living at home with no bills but don't depend on this place to pay the bills you will be evicted. It's like a labor pool they bring in class after class because they know people are going to quit because of the lack of stability. Make sure your pay stubb is correct every week .
