Pros
My first year at Radial Power was great! I was challenged with a lot of tasks, learned a lot, grew a lot and completed much of it with minimal training. I also really enjoyed the people I worked with, and starting something from the ground up. It really helped me grow professionally.
Cons
Lack of communication about transition of my role, no transparency, my termination was also handled very poorly. By the end of my tenure, I felt as tho they wanted to pretend I was never even there. I felt all my contributions were reduced to zero, and I was 6 weeks postpartum, which greatly affected my mental health.
