Pros

Decent wages for the work

Cons

Outside of sales and customer service departments. There little to no structure. No company training materials your expected to take notes that change based on who is "training" you. Only company I ever worked at that had no structure or training materials. Several employees steal from the company without their knowledge. Security is poor at best. Upper management is threatened by anyone that is smarter then them and will suppress departments from improving so they stay in control and have job security. No protocols, no metrics for measuring employee performance, no quote to meet, no on the job evaluations, turn around rate is high, majority of employees leave at or before their year mark. Owner doesn't seem to care enough to find more competent upper management. It's like the wild west. Owner decided to spend millions on new equipment instead of spending that money on strengthening structure, implementation of training programs, state of the art integration of departments, improving security. Highly susceptible to external hacking. You won't be valued here and upper management will just keep getting away with it until the company is on the verge of collapse but it will be to late to implement change then. Company is growing too fast and their foundation is going to crumble from underneath them. It's obvious sales is the only concern of upper management. They sell a high quality brand name product but run a third world country business internally. They are ill prepared to conduct business for much longer. They run the show like they are in the 90s.
