Little to no communication from upper management. Big company feel with mom and pop resources. “Commission” is offered with no breakdown. No sales goals are given, just expected to meet/exceed goals. The training offered was a joke other than learning the basic order entry and navigation of their sales software. If you apply for sales expect CSR work and you won’t be as disappointed.
