Pros
Good place to start if you don't have too much work experience or education. They're specifically looking for younger people. Plenty of tasks to gain experience on. When I worked there they offered a lot of company provided items in the break room. They are very clear about working hours and taking breaks. OT isn't very common, but when it is it's very structured. I never felt like they intruded on my personal time too much or without notice. Division of work between co-workers is also very clear. These clear boundaries are really helpful if you're new to a corporate environment.
Cons
They're looking for younger people so they can pay less. Steep learning curve. They would hire 10+ temp employees at a time with hope that one would stay more than a month. Employee recognition isn't a thing here at all. Workloads can be staggeringly overwhelming at times.
