Cons
Turnover is very high, a testament to the work place culture and environment you are surrounded in. Most people will be newly graduated students from physics or math. The supply of these students graduating more than fills the demand from turnover. The pay is well below the average pay of your job in the greater Redmond/Seattle area. Culture and values of the company are nonexistent. Management constantly drills in the need to win at any cost. Morales and integrity do not exist, the end goal is how much money you can make with each and every transaction.
