Pros
A place where there are multiple processes to work , yes, for a beginner , it is a good place to work , for a person who has colossal learning, it is a good place to apply the same .
Cons
the project I was in ended in a few months so I had to move away , however while being there I felt there is need for major improvement witthin the organisation . And so I would not like to comment on the same as I was there for a short time.
