-Ryan is a great CEO, but he only knows what the higher ups WANT him to know. -Maternity leave -Free pto given occasionally -company events -occasional prizes given
Cons
-Constantly working overtime daily and on weekends. -Higher ups are paid well, whereas employees are not. -Starting pay $15 in the Austin Area!!! No thank you! -Pay raises are s***, good raises are given to favorites in certain departments. -Quarterly bonuses are depending on how much over time production works and taxed hard.
