I'm really passionate about creating great new products and I love working with a talented team of designers, engineers, marketers and sales people that really care about our customers. The best part of working with a great team is that it brings out the best in me. The culture at Radio Flyer makes me better by pushing me to bring my best to work everyday. Whether we are working in the office or working from home during a pandemic, everyone is working together on our mission. I've worked at Radio Flyer for more than 17 years and the company I still find it very motivating to do meaningful work at a great company.
Cons
My commute to the office is pretty far from where i live, but that's a personal choice based on my kids already being established in their school.
