Pros

For a 100+ year old company, Radio Flyer still embodies a very entrepreneurial spirit. The senior leadership team is constantly looking for new opportunities to grow the business meaning there is always new and exciting work to be done! The relatively small size of the company allows for quick decision making and exposure to various areas of the business that you might not get at a larger organization.

Cons

Radio Flyer is a small and very lean organization. With a growing product line it is challenging at times to maintain work/life balance while still meeting important project deadlines.
