Most of us step up, wear many hats, and have tight deadlines which don't fit into a normal 40-hour work week (some a lot more stressful that others). While I know this has been listed as a "con”, I think it also deserves mentioning that this effort gets noticed. In my 13 years at Radio Flyer, I have witnessed several individuals hard work and effort get recognized and promoted. Some current Flyer's that are Managers and Directors started out as interns.
