Working here feels less personal at times, everything is/feels like a business transaction. IMPOSSIBLE to stand out apart from someone. Very few ada boys or incentive to go the extra mile, No bonuses. The pay is mid industry or youll have to have some kind of leverage to make top pay. Industry is very flat, if you start off as an engineer good luck getting offered any promotions as you are too valuable to make into a company overhead expense.
