you are going to deal with a highly unstable ceo who will gaslight you and micromanage you at every occassion. if you are good, it will not change anything and they'll try to break you down. they'll treat you like an employee but you get "no benefits" contractor position.

No loyalty where you could be fired at any time. Salaries are relatively low. No benefits, you just get the monthly salary and even pay your own taxes.
