Pros
The people who work at Radius are intelligent and devoted. The company has a modern startup culture and is constantly starting new partnerships, so the work is varied and challenging (especially in the banking industry). For a small/medium sized company there is a lot of variety and you will be exposed to a lot. A fantastic learning experience. Upper management very committed to improving diversity throughout the company. Great Covid response by management; was able to work 100% remote and felt very safe when in the office. Also very flexible regarding family raising demands. Seaport is a fun area to work. When driving in parking is easy and the cost partially reimbursed. Bank is right next to Silver Line stop. Good compensation and benefits package.
Cons
Pace is demanding; coworkers may struggle to find time to train new hires. Work regularly pushes beyond standard hours. Turnover in some departments has left knowledge gaps. Bank leaps into new partnerships and leaves supporting departments playing catchup, and without time to make needed improvements to existing processes. Pending LendingClub acquisition leaves a lot of things in the air or on hold. 401k match timing is atypical but may change post merger. Overall an excellent place to grow and challenge yourself if you're up for it!
