Pros
This place has an excellent corporate culture. They are committed to improving work/life balance and bringing fun into the workplace. They are flexible with schedules as much as each position allows and they have programs in place to reward hard work and achievements. The vast majority of employees (both executive and not) are people you want to work for and with. Internal promotions and advancement are commonplace. Cross training and encouragement toward desired career paths happens often. Benefits are excellent. Commute is easy for both drivers and public transportation users. There is plenty to do/eat within walking distance.
Cons
I think there are some legacy issues that some employees are still unhappy about but it seems like turnover is slowing and whatever those issues are/were are resolving themselves. There are one or two managers who are more assertive/combative in their approach than the majority, this can make the workplace environment more challenging and less encouraging for their employees.
