- Unfair salary, there are cleaning jobs that pay higher - Excessive work for the low wage they pay, obligatory overtime, calls are back to back - Bonus is unobtainable, they only send the reports of 3 out of the 5 metrics so you are relying on management to be honest and confirm if you hit the goal or not - Bad management, they made friends within their group and give themselves promotions and fire or make it impossible to anyone who has problem with someone from their little group - No growth opportunity for anyone unless you're within their circle - They give you Saturdays "free" but every other Saturday you have meetings and if you don't show up penalize you and don't pay you a bonus that they give you for working the 80 hours every two weeks, without this you are being paid well under minimum national wage
