Pros

None. None. None. None. Trust me, None.

Cons

I had the worst experience working at this company. From the moment you log in, they track every second of your laptop usage. It's not just about monitoring your activity; they also scrutinize what's on your screen. This level of micromanagement is suffocating and shows a profound lack of trust in their employees. It creates an environment where you constantly feel watched and pressured, making it difficult to focus on your work effectively. The company’s social media presence paints a very different picture from the reality. They boast about their exceptional work culture, but it’s all a facade. The truth is, the culture is toxic and deeply flawed. Employees are expected to engage in blatant favoritism to get ahead. If you flatter and praise your manager, you might get rewarded. Otherwise, be prepared for a journey downhill. There is absolutely no scope for growth here. The workplace is riddled with internal politics, and the management is incompetent and unprofessional. Talented and hardworking individuals are often overlooked in favor of those who indulge in office politics and favoritism. It’s incredibly demoralizing to see hard work go unrecognized and unrewarded while sycophancy is celebrated. Moreover, I witnessed disturbing instances of unethical behavior. One particular incident involved a manager who behaved inappropriately towards several female employees. Instead of addressing the issue, the higher-ups chose to promote him and terminate one of the women who spoke out. This kind of response is not only unethical but also indicative of a sickening corporate culture that punishes victims and rewards misconduct. This company claims to value integrity and respect, but their actions speak otherwise. They have created a hostile and oppressive environment that stifles any real potential for growth or innovation. Employees are treated as mere tools rather than valued team members.I never thought I would come back to review this company, but the disparity between their public image and the harsh reality pushed me to share my experience. I strongly advise against joining this company. If you value your career growth, professional integrity, and personal well-being, look elsewhere. This place is a dead-end tunnel leading straight to a professional and personal nightmare.
