Pros

Very limited positives from my experience.

Cons

A few to list : The culture felt extremely controlling. Employees were discouraged from maintaining contact with former colleagues, and even seemingly minor matters could be treated very seriously. This created an environment where people were often more fearful than comfortable. I also felt that when sensitive workplace issues arose, the focus was not always on addressing the root cause. Instead, there seemed to be greater concern around managing discussions and controlling information, which affected trust within the organisation. Decision-making felt highly centralized, with limited room for differing views or constructive challenge. Progression and opportunities are not based solely on merit or capability. What stood out most to me was the disconnect between the company’s external image and internal reality. From the outside, it appears polished and prestigious, but my personal experience internally was very different. I would strongly encourage anyone considering joining to do thorough due diligence and speak to current or former employees before making a decision.

Pros

forget about the pros. If you are looking for a stable job or a career that has a growth path, don’t come here, you’ll be very disappointed. The turnover rate is quite high and overall the staff are unhappy.

Cons

Emotional decision maker with mood swings makes many staff work under fear. Unprofessional work environment. The management even step into staff’s personal life. It doesn’t value talents, shows no respect to the staff. The company is operated like a small family, right and wrong just doesn’t matter.
