No Salary revisions- Its been 2+ years, infact they reduced the salaries across the regions. Lot of work load and still no appreciation from management. No growth hierarchy is available. even after mergers and acquisitions - There is 0% growth employees just have to work, work and work. Leadership Sucks and lacks vision No mercy, you are just a robot for them
