There is not a single pro of working for these people.

This is the worst place to work that I could ever imagine. Not only for myself but for every employee that I knew during my time there. The owners are utterly disrespectful, rude, and arrogant. They blame every issue with the company on all of the employees and never themselves. Myself and many of the other employees really tried to be optimistic and work hard, however, zero respect was given from the owners. The offices were also without air conditioning during the summer creating very uncomfortable working conditions. Do yourself a favor and do not work here.

There are no "Pros" that I can state for this review.

Owners are disrespectful and unprofessional to employees. They terminate employees without warning, without discussions/documentation and continuously use the Texas "at-will" state when they let you go. You are constantly working and walking around on egg shells during your day there.
