      Pros

      Really good product with a hard-working and passionate team behind it that works together really well. A lot of diversity in a small team and the differences in experiences, opinions, and thoughts are always welcome which makes everyone feel comfortable sharing their innovative and constructive feedback to improve the product and business.

      Cons

      It's a startup there are times when everyone has to roll up their sleeves and do things that aren't necessarily in their job description. The team is learning to slow down because innovation is critical but we also need processes to make sure we're successful for a long time and need repeatable systems and processes to follow.

      Pros

      founders are young and ambitious. product has a lot of potential. you work on an app that you wish you had when you were in college. supports fully-remote.

      Cons

      because of founders are non-technical and 1st time founder, there could be fire drills from time to time, and sometimes not enough focus.
