Office Politics and Backstabbing Problems - Associate Rahmat Lim & Partners Employee Review

I can only talk about my personal experience while working with my team specifically. The lawyers were condescending. This is true, that there was a lot of office politics involved behind close doors and the team was TOXIC. Did not really get much experience from this place, very unfortunate really. Instead of mentoring you, there were a lot of ill-talking happening and backstabbing within the team instead (especially when you are new and they feel threatened). Be very careful with the person that tells you that the team member will not "backstab" because you will soon realise that it's the same person that will backstab you eventually, ironically. That's the corporate snakes for you. Working hours are also insane and mostly you do administrative works if you are a junior.
