Pros

decent coworkers. overtime adds up. huge warehouse is visually impressive

Cons

11 dollars an hour is pretty for for a forklift job, especially for the responsibility railex demands. there are currently 2 shifts working from 6 - 6, mon-fri. when employees seem burnt out management promises easy days/ going home "early" to raise spirits, then "oops , looks like 5 more orders just came in, looks like another 12+ hour night". about 80% of new hires quit within two weeks when they realize the promises they were given during orientation were all just rhetoric to get people work hard for poor wages.

Pros

The shipping department is a lot more accurate when it comes to work your always given specific things to do, your forklifting person always helps out when you need it, there are some nice people there as well.

Cons

In the receiving department sometimes it's really slow and you end up cleaning non stop until given orders from the roaming managers, the breaks are always off usually because none of them either remember or only give you breaks whenever they feel like it sometimes you feel that your overworking yourself.
