I work remotely so I’m not really sure

Paychecks always came on time

No pay raises or bonuses at all. Sales culture. The owner changes the president probably as a last resort before throwing in the towel on this money pit. No team culture. No one ever knows what's going on. Too many meetings with people arguing. There's no money for anything. They sue people every chance they get to try and make money to keep the lights on. People will promise light at the end of the tunnel, but it's all a lie to keep morale up and people from quitting. There has been a lot of layoff's without cause other then to save money and offer no severance at all. Also nepotism.
