Typical agency swings where you can get very busy with multiple clients at once demanding deadlines that coincide - as long as you're communicating with your team/manager about workload it's okay though Pay is a bit on the lower end but I believe the benefits makeup for it

The people, culture and pay were all great.

Unfortunately, the client I was hired to help with dropped the second I showed up. The team really did their best to find stuff for me to do but alas, I was let go, I have no hard feelings about it and would return in a heartbeat if asked.
