      Pros

      Employees genuinely care for each other, and it's like one big family. All wins are celebrated, no matter how big or small. You feel appreciated and the work is rewarding. Huge support system. Freedom and trust in the work you're assigned. Competitive pay and fantastic benefits. Management is made of the best of the best in the industry. You can learn SO much.

      Cons

      This can be a con for some people and pro for others: you have to be the type of person who takes initiative in their own learning and growth. There isn't really a set onboarding/training program so you have to go out of your way to get the information you need. While the ceiling is high for education and learnings, there isn't too much room for growth career-wise. I can see this improving as the company expands and hires more employees.

      Pros

      My favorite part is getting to learn from my team, who are the best in the best, but still learning themselves. I also think that this work is super unique and interesting. No two clients are alike, and we have a lot of freedom to experiment and learn from the work.

      Cons

      This may be a downside to some - but sometimes a client's product just doesn't work out, and we spend a lot of time trying to pivot it to get it to work. That can feel frustrating at times, but sometimes the pivots work. It's hard to tell.

      Thanks for the insight! Being the top agency for crowdfunding, we do have a lot more discretion that other agencies. We'll keep improving our inbound application process to sort and accept the best, big-picture clients we can.

      Pros

      - Very generous WFH policy - Good and growing list of benefits including health care, 401k - In-house training and collaboration among team members - Very welcoming and friendly group of people

      Cons

      - Communication can be a little chaotic because of the many different locations of teams/clients - Hectic work style that requires balancing various client needs within a constrained amount of time.
