Pros

Rainbow optics provides a very positive work place, with a relaxing atmosphere. The benefits they provide, including pay, are better than most companies out there when looking for mostly entry level position. They work well with people with families to accommodate a work like balance as much as possible.

Cons

The biggest challenge of working for Rainbow is the lack of training and structure. It is a pretty relaxed environment and could use a little more structure when training.

Pros

Coworkers feel like a family unit, it's a fun environment and a lot of variety when it comes to patients and people you will encounter

Cons

Does not pay competitive wages, finds excuses to get out of giving decent raises, and everyone is excessively micro managed. Managers do not listen to employees when they tell them what's wrong or why they're unhappy, instead they make excuses and talk poorly about employees to other employees. Lot of drama.
