Pros

Rainbow provides a positive environment for learning and training new hires as well as veteran employees. They seek to develop and promote the staff from within the company. Rainbow offers customers fun fashion at a affordable price which makes happy loyal customers.

Cons

Most retail environments have an issue with internal and external theft. Rainbow thrives to have a low shrink during it's semi-annual inventory. Recently, the shrink goal has been lowered from 1% to .75%. The percentage of shrink will determine whether store management qualifies for shrink bonus. The lowering of the goal puts a greater amount of pressure on Store Managers and staff. Loss prevention is a team effort, so staff has to be regularly trained to prevent theft.

Pros

Discount, weekly pay. All I have to say.

Cons

Horrible experience. Not enough hours for the workload. Have to cut people and give them the disappointing news of then losing hours. Then after sending everyone home you are stuck in a store by yourself being the cashier, security, sales associate, recover person, and manger all at once . . oh and the long lines to the door with only myself on the register and people begging for help and complaining about the wait in line. DM was horrible. Area manager was sweet but unfortunately she had to follow the directions of the DM. Poor Pay. Overall -10/10 experience!
