Pros

Very easy job not too complicated

Cons

Upper management would rather have managers watch crew struggle and coach them while working instead of helping crew leading to frustration throughout each canes, emailed upper management about the issue and received no response showing they don't care about there crew or the people who put in the work for the company to run.

Pros

Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

Cons

No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
