Likes 1. Parveen Agarwal is an excellent businessman and an ambitious person. You can go to him with any troubles and he will listen to you. He will scold you whenever necessary but you will learn with his scoldings. He had been a good mentor and an excellent boss to me. 2. Biswajit Sir/Angana Di and Anannya Di has been a great mentor and teacher to me from Day 1. Has been great to have known him. 3. Ashish Sir had definitely given me a job and i will forever be grateful. He had initially helped me but stopped suddenly as biased behaviour came into the picture. 4. Alot of things can be learnt to upgrade your knowledge of real estate and law in general.
Cons
Dislikes 1. Bikash Agarwal is one of the partners. He lacks maturity, leadership qualities and basic office decorum. His behavior towards his employees is incorrigible and extremely humiliating all the time. You can go to him to clear your doubts and he will definitely do all of them. If his mood is okay, you might get full salary one month. He also sets down unrealistic targets to meet which becomes impossible due to the lack of co-operation from management and senior advocate. 2. Random salary reduction from the minimum wage by the whim of Bikash Agarwal is very common. The pay grade is extremely low to every employee considering the company turnover. 3. Old employees run the company in their fancy and political agendas to establish espionage. The partners are almost blinded by them. There is no employee retention in the company as they don't care about their employees at all. 4. Monday- Saturday (10 am -7 pm). You may be expected to work over hours upto 10 hours without pay. 5. You don't get paid for the days you have off. Also there's no holidays, no national holidays, no sick or casual leaves. 6. Communication is to be updated on whatsApp groups without fail to avoid and random reduction in salary which may vary from 3days to an entire month. It may also be deducted because of somebody else's fault. You will have to beg for your salary once they have deducted and given you. You may get the salary back if you're an old employee or somebody who licks their behind or there is a senior supporting you to give you the salary in a different way that is if he likes you. 7. There is no office decorum. 8. Lewd comments with regard to working females there are very common. 9. The office is not very progressive and still maintains hard registers only. 10. There is no orientation/training when you join the company no matter experienced or fresher. Although they will expect you to know everything even if you're a fresher. There is no proper handover of work because there is no employee retention. 11. They will not provide you with any documents of employment if you do not ask for it continuously. 12. There is no professional development or behaviour which can be expected from any employee. 13. Lewd comments may have to be faced buy employees there because of wearing formal clothes to office. (They are surprised when one wears formals) 14. The office will interfere in your personal life and create a problem with that in the office space. 15. Advocates will not be allowed to meet senior advocates in court or to go court due to pertaining matters because Advocate Ashish Das doesn't give up the power and responsibility and or allow juniors to take part but you will be the one reprimanded if there's any delay in court work. 16. No Job Security. 17. If at all salary is in your stars, you may get them by 10th-15th of every month.
